ColorProfileMe is still in development. These are the product principles and current handling choices shaping the final privacy policy—not a substitute for the policy that will be published before paid analysis opens.
Use photos for the analysis you request.
We do not use customer portraits for advertising or sell them. Any future model-improvement use would require separate, explicit permission.
Retain less, and explain why.
Photo drafts stay in this browser while you prepare them. When secure order recovery is enabled, optimized copies are privately backed up immediately before checkout, become unavailable to the app after 24 hours, and are also covered by a one-day storage lifecycle rule. Successful analysis deletes them sooner. The analysis provider receives them only for the report you purchased.
Make useful results portable.
Your palette and recommendations should remain easy to download in human-readable formats, without an ongoing paid subscription.
Keep payment data with the payment experts.
Stripe will process payment details. ColorProfileMe should not store full card numbers.
Use plain language.
The final policy will identify every production service that receives personal data and provide clear contact, access, and deletion paths.
